Riai Seminar July 13, 2025

Come join Cotati Aikido as we study the concept of Riai.

Riai: The underlying truth in principles that guide Aikido technique.

We will specifically study the relationship the Bokken and Jo have with empty handed technique. We emphasize this interconnection, providing an excellent tool for tai sabaki, the timing, distance, and harmony in movement. This understanding enhances every aspect of our aikido practice, so please come join us!
